Clothing technician (m/f/d) quality management
Your tasks:
- Coordination of incoming goods inspections - Ensuring efficient processes in the final inspection in close coordination with the responsible team
- Ensuring product quality - technical assessment of production failures, testing and approval of size sets or counter samples as well as decision-making in the event of delivery defects in cooperation with technical development
- Processing supplier complaints - analysing, evaluating and documenting complaints and coordinating the necessary measures with the technical departments
- Managing the timely processing of repair cases
- Maintaining and updating quality guidelines - Responsibility for the quality manual, packaging instructions and defect lists
- Logging and tracking - documentation of discussed processes, management of rework including technical instructions and invoicing for repair costs
- Optimisation of quality standards - identification and implementation of improvements throughout the supply chain in close cooperation with the development, work preparation and purchasing departments
Our new team member should have:
- Completed training or studies in the field of clothing technology
- Ideally professional experience in the field of swimwear and/or lingerie
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Structured and solution-orientated way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
